The excursion begins with a pick-up directly from your hotel between 11:45 PM and 12:20 AM. In a small group, you will travel comfortably in an air-conditioned minibus. To start the day full of energy, you will receive snacks, cola, and three bottles of water, while admiring the mighty desert mountains around 6:00 AM – their formations reminiscent of the Alps and telling stories of millions of years of Earth’s history.
Upon arrival in Cairo, you will first explore Old Cairo, with the option of booking a Nile boat trip, either on a traditional sailing felucca or a motorboat. Afterwards, continue to Giza, where a delicious lunch awaits you in a local restaurant (drinks not included).
The highlight of the day is the visit to the Pyramids of Giza and the legendary Sphinx. Here you also have the chance to enjoy a camel ride with a panoramic view of these monumental structures – an unforgettable experience that will perfectly round off your journey.
